Job Summary
Our FMCG client is looking for a Distribution Center Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations, ensure efficient inbound/outbound processes, maintain stock accuracy, and support business growth through strong coordination and high service standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse operations strategy to improve efficiency, capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee inbound shipments, storage, redressing, outbound, and return processes to ensure timely and accurate handling.
- Manage manpower planning, equipment needs, and infrastructure reliability.
- Ensure compliance with inventory accuracy, safety, quality standards, and documentation practices.
- Maintain high service quality and build strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive warehouse utilization and business growth.
- Lead team performance and support continuous learning and improvement.
Main Requirements

Strong experience in warehouse and inventory operations.
•
Good understanding of distribution and transportation.
•
Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Proficient in MS Office; fluent in Khmer and fair in English.
