Job Purpose
- Lead and deliver maintenance and utilities plans aligned with KPIs and budgets
- Ensure safety, legal, and environmental compliance
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and plant efficiency
- Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team
- Develop long-term site development plans
- Promote continuous improvement through Lean TPM practices
Main Responsibilities
- People Leadership:
•
Manage and develop maintenance and utilities staff
•
Ensure quality and safety in maintenance work
- Build a culture of behavioral safety and SH&E compliance
- Lead by example and support EHS activities
- Budget & Cost Management:
•
Prepare and manage annual maintenance and utilities budgets
•
Lead cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects
•
Track and optimize utilities usage
- Performance & Operations:
•
Monitor and improve machine reliability (MTBF/MTTR)
•
Set team targets and monitor KPIs through structured reviews
•
Ensure maintenance and utilities contribute to overall site targets
- Safety & Compliance (EHS):
•
Ensure EHS training and PPE availability for team and contractors
•
Conduct inspections and enforce site safety standards
- Accountable for contractor safety compliance and chemical management
Main Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or Utilities (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in maintenance and utilities, ideally in brewing or FMCG
- Deep understanding of Lean TPM, safety, and quality standards
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-team collaboration skills •
Proficiency in driving results, continuous improvement, and cost control
