Senior Designer & Art Director
The Senior Designer & Art Director leads the creative team, drives visual and communication strategy, and ensures high-quality delivery of marketing materials for real estate and other development projects company. This role blends leadership, design excellence, and strategic input across various media.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coordination
•
Direct and manage a creative team, ensuring timely, on-brand, and strategic output.
•
Supervise project briefs, timelines, and performance.
•
Collaborate with the Brand Manager, Creative Director, and other team members.
•
Motivate and mentor junior creatives; establish best practices and review systems.
- Strategic Communication
•
Develop and present communication concepts tailored to project needs.
•
Attend client meetings to support branding and design proposals.
•
Stay current with cultural/art trends and apply UX and interaction design strategies.
•
Ensure brand consistency across all media and materials.
- Production Oversight & Innovation
•
Oversee production quality, evaluate product samples.
•
Explore new technologies and design tools to enhance team capabilities.

Web & Social Media Design (basic HTML knowledge a plus)

CMS & SEO understanding
Experience & Education
•
10+ years in design roles, with leadership experience
•
BA in Design, Fine Art, Advertising, or related fields
•
Real estate/property industry experience (preferred but not required)
•
Familiarity with the Cambodian market and audience

Strong organizational and problem-solving ability

High attention to detail and visual accuracy

Additional Details
•
Location : Phnom Penh, Cambodia
•
Reporting to : Brand Manager & Creative Director
•
Work Schedule : 4044 hours/week, occasional overtime/events
•
