Job Summary

Our client in the FinTech industry is looking for Senior or Lead Backend Developers to design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java Spring Boot . The ideal candidates should have solid coding experience, good teamwork skills, and familiarity with databases, microservices, and DevOps tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Conduct software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Monitor, maintain, and support existing software systems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Document software processes, architecture, and specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework .
• Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server .
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Git (GitLab) , build tools, and CI/CD workflows .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with management and engineering teams effectively.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
