Senior Operations Associate

Our client, a top-tier trading firm, is looking to hire a Trading Operations Associate for the expanding Operations team in Hong Kong. What You'll Do

• Manage and enhance processes for trade settlements, position records, and reconciliations
• Work closely with counterparties, service providers, and internal teams worldwide to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Propose creative solutions to streamline and automate operations in a high-stakes, dynamic setting

About You

• 3+ years of experience in trading operations, middle office, or a related field
• Strong Excel Macros / VBA skills with an interest in optimizing data processes (Experience with Python would be a plus)
• Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Self-motivated and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment
• Team player with a humble, positive attitude and a commitment to growth
• Comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes, and embracing continuous improvement
• Fluency in English
• Excited to solve tough problems and contribute to a high-performance culture
