We are looking for an experienced and strategic Commercial Planning Manager to join the dynamic growing team at a leading company who committed to developing sustainable and innovative transportation solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and operations planning meetings and act as the liaison between production planning, finance, and regional sales heads.
- Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Hire and manage customer order validation and processing staff, as well as sales operations team.
- Translate numbers and plans into management reports and scenario analyses to optimize company contribution margins.
- Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with production planning to ensure that production schedules are aligned with customer demand and inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and risks and implement appropriate strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure that all customer orders are validated and processed in a timely and accurate manner, and that sales operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, engineering, etc
- Strong background in consulting or finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other financial analysis tools.
