Funds Paralegal - Hong Kong

We're searching for a junior paralegal with experience in funds to join this market-leading funds team. You will play a vital role in working with clients and supporting the legal processes. Amongst other things, you will be responding to client inquiries, explaining the formation processes, handling post-formation procedures, preparing documents and legal opinions, and drafting letters and agreements.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of funds experience, thrive under pressure, and must be fluent in Chinese & and English.
