We are working on behalf of our client to find a Clinical Trial Manager based in Boston to lead global early-phase clinical trials in a dynamic environment. The role involves managing trials from start-up to close-out, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trials, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage project timelines, track risks, and ensure communication across teams
• Proactively manage external partners (CROs), tracking progress and addressing issues
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and relevant regulations
• Manage project scope, change orders, and maintain study databases

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field
• 5+ years in clinical trial operations
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines and MS Office
