QC Inspector [Oil and Gas, Tuas]

- 5 days work, overtime pay after 44 hours, OT rate 1.5-2times
- Tuas, Shuttle provided

Job Scope
•
Inspect incoming materials and products based on job orders
•
Conduct dimensional inspections using gauges and GD&T
•
Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections per requirements
•
Set up gauges as needed for inspection
•
Carry out welding inspections (before, during, and after welding, per BOM)
•
Perform hardness testing and prepare related reports
•
Operate inspection equipment: CMM, FARO Arm
•
Raise and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and support corrective actions
•
Compile and prepare data books upon job completion
•
Ensure inspections meet quality standards and API specifications
Requirements
•
Diploma/Technical certificate in Engineering or equivalent experience
•
2-3 years relevant working experience in quality inspection
•
Proficient in dimensional inspection using CMM and FARO Arm
•
Knowledge of hardness inspection and welding inspection (before, during, after)
•
Familiarity with GD&T application
•
Experience in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) will be an advantage
•
Good knowledge of API and industry standards
•
Able to communicate clearly, with strong documentation/reporting skills
