Job Title: Repair & Development Engineer

Industry: Precision Engineering / Aerospace Location: East Working time : 5 day-work Salary: $3500 - $4500

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement repair processes for aero-engine components.

• Prepare and maintain repair work instructions and technical documentation.

• Design tooling and fixtures to support repair operations.

• Ensure compliance with OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.

• Support new machine and process qualification activities.

• Drive process improvements to enhance repair quality, efficiency, and yield.

• Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.

• Provide technical support and recommendations to Production teams.

• Participate in continuous improvement / Kaizen projects.

• Comply with company health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Min 4 years of experience in aerospace repair and overhaul environment.

• Knowledge of repair processes such as welding, thermal spray, heat treatment, brazing, machining, and shot peening is an advantage.
