Senior Actuarial Analyst
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelors degree in Actuarial or Business Science
- At least 6 actuarial exams
- At least three years of work experience
- Intermediate knowledge of reserving
- Understanding of life actuarial modelling
- Some life insurance product knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the local team lead and the modelling team in Singapore to set up the Valua‐tion model locally.
- Assist with Model and Assumption Updates
- Assist valuation team with quarterly valuation production runs
- Ad hoc investigations into new business assumptions and profitability analyses
- Regular maintenance and spot checking exercises
- Mentorship of graduate trainees
