Medical Office Assistant - West Broadway Podiatrist

We are looking for an experienced. friendly MOA to assist in a busy podiatry office that focuses on minor procedures and biomechanics primarily. The patient population includes children to seniors but is most focused on active healthy individuals. It is a friendly enjoyable place to work

Skills

• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• A patient-first philosophy.
• A good understanding of an EMR preferably Accuro.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, email, and a very good understanding of computers.
• A skilled multitasker that can work independently.
• Experience with cash and credit card transactions and daily reconciliations
• He or She must have experience with sterilization of instruments.
• Podiatry experience is an advantage, but not necessary.

Remuneration

The wage will be competitive based on experience and will include a comprehensive benefits package.

Start Date

June 2022 or sooner if available
