On-site – Barra Funda, São Paulo Start Dates Available: March / April
Fluent in Portuguese and English and looking for a stable customer service opportunity? Join an international travel booking platform and support customers with billing, platform usage, and general enquiries.
Main Responsibilities Customer service via voice and email Assist with billing questions and platform usage issues Provide clear solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution Communicate frequently in English (spoken and written)
Requirements English level minimum B2 (spoken & written) Strong verbal and written communication skills Availability for on-site work in Barra Funda Flexible schedule (morning or afternoon — afternoon preferred) Part of the recruitment process will be conducted in English
Working Hours (5x2 rotating schedule) 08:00 – 16:12 11:50 – 20:00
Training 3–4 weeks (Mon–Fri) 09:00 – 18:00
