Fintech Customer Support (Payment Specialist) – Mandarin | Kuala Lumpur RM4100 + RM300 Language Allowance | 24/7 Rotational Shift (5 days work / 2 off) | Onsite – KL | Start Date: 30 April 2026
We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Fintech Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-growing payments and financial services support team based in Kuala Lumpur.
This role focuses on customer support within digital payments, banking workflows, and transaction verification processes .
Key Responsibilities
•
Support customers using digital banking and payment platforms
•
Conduct transaction verification callbacks and document requests
•
Assist customers with payment-related queries and issue resolution
•
Perform KYC-related tasks where required
•
Provide clear, accurate, and compliant customer support
•
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Requirements
•
Fluent in Mandarin + English
•
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
•
Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
•
Strong communication and customer service skills
•
Banking, fintech, or financial services experience is an advantage
•
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
