Fluent in German (B2–C2) and looking for an exciting opportunity by the coast? Join an international online retail project supporting customers in German and English.
Key Responsibilities
•
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
•
Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
•
Deliver professional service in German and English
•
Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Requirements
•
German proficiency B2–C2 (spoken & written)
•
Good command of English
•
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
•
Customer service or call centre experience (retail advantageous)
•
Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends
