J ob Opportunity: Japanese-Speaking Back Office Agent (On-Site in North West Germany)

Location: North West Germany (near Dortmund and Düsseldorf) Start Date: As soon as possible Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250euro travel reimbursement Signing Bonus: 3,000euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)

We are looking for native or fluent Japanese speakers with a bachelors degree to join our team working with new AI technologies. This is not a content moderation role instead, you will work as an AI evaluator , creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows that help improve advanced speech-based systems.

Requirements

• Native/fluent Japanese + good English (B2 level)
• Bachelors degree (required)
• Valid work permit for Germany or EU passport
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Comfortable working on-site with different types of content
