Sales Representative – English (LOCAL MALAYSIAN)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Start Date: 1 July 2026 Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts | 5 Working Days & 2 Days Off Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We are currently hiring English-speaking Inbound Sales Representatives to join the International team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for candidates with sales or customer-facing experience who enjoy engaging with customers and supporting business growth in a fast-paced international environment.

Salary Package: Basic Salary: MYR 3700 gross/month Language Allowance: MYR 300

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers Promote and recommend suitable products and services Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service Achieve individual and team sales targets Provide accurate product information and support customers professionally Maintain high-quality customer interactions and documentation

Requirements: Fluent English communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or related fields Strong communication and persuasion skills Customer-focused and target-driven mindset Comfortable working rotational shifts Malaysian citizens only
