Your Role
- Support travelers and hosts via chat, email, or phone
- Assist users with bookings, payments, and account questions
- Provide friendly, accurate, and timely solutions
- Share feedback to improve user experience and platform performance
- Help make travel easier, safer, and more inspiring for everyone
