Senior Project Manager

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus

Industry: Commercial Construction

Our client is a well-established commercial construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple delivery methods including CMAR, General Contracting, and Design-Build.

They are actively seeking two Senior Project Managers to join their growing team in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an opportunity for a highly organized and experienced construction professional to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout while working alongside a collaborative leadership team focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation through completion

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations

• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues

• Monitor project progress, financial performance, and overall job profitability

• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost control processes

• Resolve project challenges through strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Coordinate communication between owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams

• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on accountability and execution

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously at varying stages of construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction

• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

• Experience managing complex construction projects from start to finish

• Proficiency with project management software and construction management tools

• Familiarity with contracts, project documentation, and legal/compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Solutions-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking skills
