Location: On-site at Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Facilities
Type: Part-Time | Minimum 2 Days per Week (You Choose Your Days)
Compensation: High Pay | Pay Per Encounter

In partnership with Telos Health Systems, we are currently hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) .
This is an ideal position for therapists looking for flexible scheduling , autonomy , and high compensation with no billing or insurance admin tasks required.

Responsibilities
•
Conduct diagnostic assessments and initial mental health evaluations
•
Provide follow-up psychotherapy to residents in SNFs and ALFs
•
Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
•
Collaborate with facility staff and Directors of Mental Health
•
Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination when needed
Qualifications
•
Active LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist license
•
Masters or Doctoral degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology
•
Experience working in behavioral health or long-term care preferred
•
Ability to work independently with remote support
•
Strong documentation and communication skills
