Senior Accountant

Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations within the Property & Real Estate. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial systems.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable. •

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in Real Estate, Land, or Property-related accounting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting standards, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
