About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading enterprise technology organization supporting federal environments, is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer with strong FedRAMP expertise to lead critical implementations within regulated infrastructure environments.
This is a high-impact role supporting secure, compliant ServiceNow ITOM deployments aligned with federal security standards and NERC regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
•
Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM suite components including:
•
CSDM
•
CMDB
•
Discovery
•
Service Mapping
•
Event Management
•
Lead FedRAMP-compliant ServiceNow implementations
•
Drive FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring processes
•
Architect and manage MID Server placement within FedRAMP instances
•
Support handling of NERC-regulated assets in alignment with compliance standards
•
Build and maintain integrations using REST API, SOAP, and other integration technologies
•
Develop automation and scripting solutions using
•
JavaScript
•
Unix Shell scripting
•
Windows scripting
•
PowerShell
•
Support unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and UAT
•
Contribute to repeatable, high-availability environment designs across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production
•
Operate within Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC best practices
Required Qualifications
•
8–10+ years of total IT experience
•
8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM
•
Deep expertise across ITOM modules (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
•
Strong experience with FedRAMP security, authorization, and compliance frameworks
•
Proven experience managing MID Servers in FedRAMP environments
•
Experience supporting NERC regulatory compliance
•
Strong integration experience (REST, SOAP)
•
Advanced scripting capabilities (JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix Shell, Windows scripting)
•
Solid understanding of infrastructure environments (Server, Network, Storage)
•
Knowledge of monitoring tools and platform reporting
•
Experience working in large enterprise IT environments
•
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
•
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
