What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Agent , youll be the voice of our brand providing exceptional service, resolving queries, and ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless booking experience.

Your day-to-day will include

Handling inbound calls and converting enquiries into confirmed sales

•

Meeting performance goals in sales, quality, and customer care

•

Providing accurate information and assistance across all services

•

Collaborating with teammates and supporting other markets when needed

•

Sharing customer feedback to help us improve our service experience

•

Managing customer complaints professionally and efficiently

What We´re Looking For

We´re looking for a motivated, customer-oriented professional who loves communication and teamwork.

Requirements

•

Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

•

Strong communication and sales/customer service skills

•

Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

•

Team player with great interpersonal skills

•

️ Able to type at least 25 words per minute
