Translation Assistant & Operation
Job description
Individual Roles & Responsibilities. [Primary R&Rs]
- Document Translation: Translate documents from one language to another (Korean, English), ensuring accuracy. This could include internal company documents, emails, reports, contracts, etc.
- Oral Translation: Provide real-time oral translation (simultaneous or consecutive interpretation) during meetings or events.
- Language Support: Collaborate with other departments or teams by offering language support. For example, assisting customer service or marketing teams in communicating with international clients.
- Invoice Management with Service Providers: o Collaborate with service providers to obtain accurate accounts payable details, ensuring timely receipt of invoices and effective follow-up on outstanding items.
- Administrative Tasks: o General Assistance: Assist with additional tasks such as project management, or provide support to other departments when necessary closely with the audit team to review discrepancies in billing, facilitating the re-invoicing process as necessary to resolve issues.
- Expense Billing Coordination: o Discuss and arrange billing methodologies when expense categories differ, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.

- Must be fluent in English and Korean
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

Responsibilities - State the extent to which an error in judgment on the job would result in loss of time, expense or public/employee good will. Wrongful judgment in the privacy law could incur substantial financial damages and time consumption for company.
