Loan Recovery Officer

Job Description

• Monitor and Recover collateral
• Monitor and recover overdue, default, and other exceed timeline loans
• Manage customers and loans to reach the target
• Handle the legal action for the case of malicious overdue
• Research to a customer and other related parties
• Document control for related works
• Input and manage the data in the Management Information System
• Writing reports in Office Word, Excel, and email
• Deliver the action plan by oneself based on data analysis and other information
• Arrangement and Manage schedules in a timely manner by oneself
• Carrying out other related tasks

Requirement

• Language: English: Written the business report and internal communication
• Experience: At least 2 years of fieldwork in finance or leasing company
• Education: Bachelor's Degree of any, better if Finance and Banking
• Qualifications: Driving license and can be driving in rural areas including offload
• Place of work: Be able to travel to provinces and must be flexible in workstations
• Skill: Mathematics basic on finance and banking
• Others: Strong commitment, Time management, high skill of Listening and Presentation to people
