Senior Accountant

Job Description

• Prepare financial reports for management.
• Control Account Receivable & follow up all pending payments and Control Account Payable
• Prepare Salary for staffs regulations;
• Checking Stock Reports
• Support in preparing monthly and annual tax declaration
• Monitor all required documents for tax declaration and work with tax agents, such as purchase and sale invoices, and connecting with GDT department for summit tax documents, sometimes, etc;
• Completing and gathering required tax reporting in a timely manner for monthly tax, annual profit tax and other annual taxes.
• Manage proper tax related documents on a neat manners;
• Do Bank Reconcile & Cash Balance Reports.
• Monitor Company Fix asset
• Do Invoice to clients
• Other duties assigned from Manager where necessary.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting (CAT/ACCA student is given advantage)
• Have knowledge in Cambodia tax
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English for writing , reading and speaking;
• Experiences with Quickbook accounting system
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel);
• Some experience in handling tax filing process;
• Honest, loyal, reliable, flexible, innovative, fast learner and hardworking.
