Aerospace Technician (Fresh Graduate)
Job description
- Gain hands-on experience repairing and maintaining precision airfoil components for aircraft engines.
- Operate and master measuring tools (e.g., vernier calipers) and production/manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with skilled technicians, senior technicians, and gate leaders to ensure compliance with global aviation standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity in all tasks.
- Learn and apply industry methods such as grinding & machining in day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by supporting production teams in MRO processes.
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in relevant fields.
- Basic knowledge of measuring tools & machining methods.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Enthusiasm to build a long-term career in the aviation industry.
