• Punya keahlian / pengalaman dalam hal implementasi generate CSR dan injecting/renewal SSL certificate di server dengan platform Windows (diutamakan) / Linux (nice to have)

• Punya pengalaman dalam troubleshooting issue utk aplikasi dengan platform Windows (diutamakan) / Linux (nice to have)
• Punya pengalaman dalam setup CD (connect direct), MQ, FTP - file transfer protocol antar system
• Punya pengalaman dalam setup/configure IIS (Internet Information Services) / websphere
• Punya skill dalam query database
• Punya pengalaman dalam setup/commissioning new server (UAT,PRD, DR)
• Punya pengalaman dalam support DR activity
• Punya pengalaman / knowledge dalam batch file windows (.bat)
• Mengerti / berpengalaman dalam dokumentasi document SDLC
• Bisa berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris

Scope of work

• Collaborate with application team, project team and other IT teams, Operation, Business and External Parties

to support and deliver various project or application tasks and activities.

• Conducting administrative duties, such as drafting necessary forms requests
• Support SIT, UAT and other project or application tasks and activities with various stakeholders i.e. other

application team, project team, external parties, and business users.

Technical Skill Requirement

• Minimum 5-10 years as Technical Delivery Manager, IT Application Specialist or Technical Support in

Banking/Fintech industries

• Have experience/knowledge in internet banking project (personal internet banking or mobile internet banking

is preferable)

• Have knowledge of SDLC & Agile Project Management Methodology within fast-paced environment
• Have knowledge and experience in executing command related to Linux, Solaris, JBoss, Java 8 based

application & Oracle DB

• Have knowledge and experience in conducting investigation/troubleshooting related to Linux, Solaris, Jboss,

Java 8 based application & Oracle DB

• Proficiency with English (written and oral) is mandatory
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of hardware installations & configuration, network, software and application

development.
