Property Sales Manager - Muntinlupa

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and offer all current residential products of FLI
• Recruit and train property specialists
• Manage day-to-day sales activities of the team
• Ensure smooth implementation of sales policy
• Ensures achievement of the team's sales target
• Identify effective selling activities to support sales consultants
• Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.
• Meet the set sales quota of the company
• Report directly to the Sales Director
• Ensures achievement of the team's sales target

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
• With a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salespeople upon joining
• Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
