FinTrust Connect has partnered with a well-capitalized financial institution to identify top talent for a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager opportunity. This search is ideal for an experienced commercial banker who excels at business development, relationship management, and middle-market lending. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding commercial banking relationships throughout South Florida while delivering customized lending, treasury management, and deposit solutions to business clients.

Requirements
• 6+ years of commercial banking relationship management experience
• Proven success developing and originating middle-market Commercial & Industrial (C&I) banking relationships
• Strong commercial credit analysis and underwriting knowledge
• Experience working with companies generally generating $25MM+ in annual revenue
• Demonstrated ability to independently source and develop new business opportunities
• Knowledge of treasury management products and deposit growth strategies
• Experience structuring complex commercial lending relationships
• Existing network of business contacts, referral sources, attorneys, CPAs, and other centers of influence within South Florida preferred
• Experience managing syndicated loan relationships preferred
• Strong understanding of Middle Market Lending within Miami-Dade County
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Develop and expand commercial banking relationships throughout the South Florida market
• Originate, structure, and negotiate middle-market C&I lending opportunities
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and direct business development efforts
• Generate commercial loan growth, treasury management opportunities, and deposit relationships
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by partnering with internal banking teams
• Conduct preliminary credit analysis and prepare financing opportunities for credit approval
• Maintain strong visibility within the business community through active networking and market engagement
• Collaborate with portfolio management, credit administration, treasury management, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and financial needs
• Contribute to a high-performance culture focused on relationship growth, client retention, and portfolio quality
