Site Supervisor
Job description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all site work
- Liaise with contractors to ensure that working schedule, working procedures and quality control are strictly followed
- Prepare site report, photo record, working schedule and relevant site document
- Assist in the project management including budget and quotation preparation, project time schedules, monitor construction progress, cost and quality
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in building services and site supervision
- Cert or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or any other related disciplines.
- Holder of Safety Supervisor Course Certificate will be an advantage
- Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently with initiative
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent in communication and presentation
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Site Supervisor
