Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Cloud Solutions to lead and manage cloud-based initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) , strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end execution of cloud solutions projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Establish and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.

Cloud Solutions & Architecture

• Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Work with cloud architects and engineers to define best practices for cloud adoption.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization in cloud environments.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored cloud solutions.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and reporting.
• Handle escalations and drive resolution of critical project issues.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage a team of cloud engineers, architects, and project managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to achieve project goals.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Implement best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project execution efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve cloud strategies to optimize performance and cost.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

• Cloud Expertise : Strong experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications preferred).
• Infrastructure & DevOps : Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Security & Compliance : Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, identity & access management, and compliance standards.

Project & Leadership Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years in cloud project management .
• Proven ability to lead large-scale cloud transformation projects .
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies .
• Experience in budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation .

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities .

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect).
• Experience in multi-cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.
