SAP HCM Consultant

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in SAP Payroll and Positive Time Management, Fiori applications, Personnel Administration and building interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM.

Note: Middle east payroll experience is added advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP HCM implementation projects from conception to completion.
• Provide expert guidance and support in SAP Payroll and Time Management, Fiori applications, and Personnel Administration modules.
• Analyze client requirements and design effective solutions within the SAP HCM framework.
• Configure, customize, and implement SAP HCM solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field/ MBA HR.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
• Extensive experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management, Fiori applications, and Personnel Administration modules.
• Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
