• Electrical Panels
• Online Platform for energy management

We're are hiring HR Lead

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure HR compliance by staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and implementing necessary policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and HR databases.
• Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and provide reports to management on key HR indicators.
