Job description
Our client is an innovative company in the field of internet of things (IOT) solutions and smart metering systems. They are offering 3 main products:
- Smart metering solutions (Electricity, Water)
- Electrical Panels
- Online Platform for energy management
We're are hiring HR Lead
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR compliance by staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and implementing necessary policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and HR databases.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and provide reports to management on key HR indicators.
