Company Background

A semiconductor materials provider relocated from Taiwan, headquartered in Singapore, specializing in high-quality packaging materials, including solder spheres and solder paste, supporting advanced chip packaging and global semiconductor assembly operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform steel cup wiping, bottle cleaning, and visual inspection activities to ensure product cleanliness and quality standards.

• Handle material preparation, sorting, and related production support tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company procedures.

• Assist in daily logistics and production operations as assigned by the supervisor.

• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Detail-oriented with good attention to quality and cleanliness.

• Able to work on shifts and perform overtime when required.

• Basic communication skills and ability to follow work instructions accurately.

• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with counterparts from Taiwan and China.

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
