Specialist - Service Delivery (System)

Job Description

• Provides consultative direction and technical advice relating to Server System, Virtualization, Private Cloud, SAN Storage, Backup Solutions and Database
• Responsible for technical design and deployment in System Infrastructure
• Handle System infrastructure migrations
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Pre-planning and on-site deployment are required
• Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Lead

About You

• Diploma or degree in IT or related disciplines
• 3-4 years above experience in Server System, Virtualization, Private Cloud, SAN Storage, Backup Solutions deployment and integration of system and network infrastructure
• Certificate Holders of Azure, Linux, VMware, Storage and Backup Vender would be an advantage
• Technical knowledge / hands-on experience on either following areas related products:
• Storage: Dell/EMC, HPE, NetApp, etc. Server: HPE, Dell/EMC, etc.
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, etc. Microsoft: AD, Exchange, M365, O365, etc.
• Backup: Veeam, NetBackup, etc.
• Database: Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, etc.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate the work in efficient and effective manner
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Consultant
