About the Position

We are growing our virtual team and seeking individuals who enjoy working with people, providing outstanding support, and helping clients organize memorable travel experiences. As a Remote Customer Travel Specialist, you will assist travelers with trip planning, reservation coordination, and travel-related inquiries while delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, adaptable, and interested in developing professional skills in a flexible work-from-home environment. You'll support a variety of travel experiences, including cruises, resort stays, family vacations, group travel, and international adventures.

No previous travel industry background is necessary. We provide training, resources, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with exploring travel options that align with their interests, schedules, and spending plans
  • Research destinations, vacation packages, accommodations, and travel experiences
  • Coordinate trip components such as lodging, transportation, cruises, activities, and excursions
  • Respond to client questions and provide helpful travel information
  • Manage reservation requests, confirmations, and itinerary changes
  • Communicate with travelers through email, phone, and online communication channels
  • Partner with travel suppliers to verify availability and booking details
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records within company systems
  • Stay informed on destination updates, supplier programs, and promotional opportunities
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience from inquiry through booking completion

Qualifications

  • Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, or relationship-focused roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain organized while handling multiple client requests
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Basic knowledge of computers, email, and online applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring countries
  • No prior travel experience required; training is provided
