Hiring a Travel Agent for a Agency| Karachi (Onsite)

Our client is a travel Agent that provides you a dream journey and best suited travel and tour packages in townas per their the client requirements.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Karachi for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, identifying and pursuing potential clients, nurturing leads, and ensuring compliance with established sales processes and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
•
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
•
Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance, and other travel services.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
•
Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
•
Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries for clients.
•
Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
•
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•
Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
•
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
•
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline promotions, and industry developments.
•
Handle customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements
•
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
•
2 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry.
•
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
•
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Other Details
Experience: 1 to 2 years Location: opposite Mustafa masjid Dhoraji, Karachi Working Days: Monday to Saturday
