Production Manager - Events

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh) Location: Makati Industry: Events

The Production Manager leads and manages the execution of below-the-line projects including event productions, brand activations, and promotions from planning to implementation. They oversee the production team, timelines, budgets, and coordination with suppliers and talents. The role ensures smooth pre-production, seamless event execution, and efficient post-event servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and manages execution of below-the-line projects: event productions, brand activations, and promotions from planning to execution
• Oversees production team, project timelines, budgets, and coordination with suppliers and talents
• Ensures smooth pre-production planning, on-site event execution, and post-event servicing
• Troubleshoots issues during production and maintains high-quality standards across all deliverables
• Collaborates closely with accounts and creative teams to ensure feasibility and accurate execution of concepts

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Graduate; courses related to Events, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, or Business preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• At least 2 years of experience in event production or a related field
