Job description

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, 3 days onsite, 2 days wfh Location: Makati Industry: Accounting Firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial due diligence, business valuation, and transaction advisory engagements to support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate financial and operational performance, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Manage client engagements by preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members by providing coaching, performance feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of quality work.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, relationship management, and staying informed on market and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA is an advantage, CFA is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, corporate finance, or financial due diligence.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, valuation, and transaction advisory.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
