Performance Marketing & Growth Operations

Location: Cancun, Mexico (Hybrid) or Fully Remote (US/Canada/Mexico time zones) Sector: Health & Wellness / Direct-to-Consumer (Nutraceuticals) Reports To: Head of Growth / Marketing Director

The Opportunity

We are building a high-velocity, performance-driven growth engine for premium health and wellness products within competitive and regulated categories. We are looking for a practitioner —not a passive coordinator—to own the growth and optimization of our affiliate acquisition program.

This role sits at the intersection of Partner Management and Media Buying . You aren't just sending emails; you are strategically building a resilient acquisition infrastructure across Meta, Google, TikTok, and alternative sources like ExoClick and TrafficJunky. You must understand the "both sides" of the equation: how to recruit elite traffic partners and how paid acquisition mechanics actually work in high-scrutiny environments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Program Engineering & Scaling
  • Direct Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and activate high-value affiliates, media buyers, and partner networks. You will lead cold outreach and negotiate complex commercial terms.
  • Alternative Traffic Expansion: Diversify acquisition beyond mainstream platforms into native, push, and high-volume environments (ExoClick, TrafficJunky, etc.).
  • Deal Structuring: Align payout terms (CPA/CPL/RevShare) with internal margin goals, approval rates, and LTV targets.
  • Technical & Funnel Optimization
  • Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate with internal creative and dev teams to launch and test new advertorials, VSLs, and quiz funnels.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Ensure 100% accuracy in server-side tracking, postbacks, and pixels using tools like Voluum, RedTrack, or Everflow .
  • Infrastructure Resilience: Build and maintain account/domain infrastructure to reduce single points of failure while staying compliant with platform rules.
  • Quality Control & Compliance
  • Traffic Auditing: Continuously monitor lead quality, refund rates, and chargeback signals. You are the first line of defense against fraud.
  • Regulated Scaling: Work with the Legal/Compliance team to scale aggressively but responsibly within health-claim guidelines.
  • SOP Development: Create the "Playbook" for affiliate onboarding, fraud checks, and creative approvals.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: 4+ years in Affiliate/Performance Marketing, specifically within Nutra, Supplements, Beauty, or Regulated Health .
  • Media Buying Literacy: Deep understanding of Meta, Google, and TikTok ad policies, creative packaging, and account health.
  • The "Grey" Landscape: Proven experience operating in high-scrutiny environments (handling policy sensitivity, review delays, and asset risk).
  • Data Mastery: Expert-level Google Sheets/Excel skills. You must be able to convert raw performance data into decisive action fast.
  • Commercial Drive: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and maintaining long-term partner relationships.
  • Language: Professional-level written and verbal English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling Nutra offers to $1M+ monthly revenue .
  • Experience with international/multilingual funnels and global geos.
  • Familiarity with CRM data (LTV, repeat purchase behavior) beyond the initial conversion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Volume: Active, qualified affiliates and total revenue contribution.
  • Efficiency: CPA, blended CAC, and ROAS by partner.
  • Quality: Lead-to-sale conversion rates, refund/chargeback rates, and approval volume.
  • Diversity: Reduction of revenue concentration risk across the partner mix.
