Plant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee and manage our assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive assembly, particularly with Tuk Tuks and motorcycles. This role requires a proactive leader who is passionate about ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at the assembly plant, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Lead a team of assembly technicians and provide training, guidance, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock of necessary parts.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in the assembly process and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet the companys standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on plant performance and operations to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in automotive assembly, with specific knowledge of Tuk Tuks and motorcycles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
