Reactive Maintenance Roofer (with multi-trade skills)

Location: London (within M25)

Contract: Sub-contractor (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

Rate: £25-£31 per hour (depending on experience and scope)

Start Date: Immediate

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday

The Opportunity

Valoris Group is working on behalf of a leading property maintenance business to source a reliable and experienced Reactive Maintenance Roofer . Youll be attending reactive jobs across London, carrying out roof repairs for both residential property portfolios and private homeowners.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with clients, and can hit the ground running.

Role Responsibilities

•

Attend emergency and scheduled reactive roofing jobs

•

Identify and repair leaks, tile damage, flat/pitched roof issues, guttering and leadwork

•

Deliver clear updates and professional service to private clients and residents

•

Complete basic reporting via mobile or job management system

•

Follow health and safety procedures on all jobs

Requirements

•

Minimum 3 years' experience in roofing, preferably within maintenance or responsive repair

•

Experience working directly with private residential customers

•

Full set of tools and own transport (essential)

•

Valid UK driving licence

•

Right to Work in the UK

•

CSCS card and Public Liability Insurance (preferred but not essential support available)
