About the Job

We are looking for a professional to lead our growth and marketing efforts, with a passion for scaling SaaS, aiming on generating high-quality opportunities and improving conversion across the funnel.

The ideal candidate is not focused on content or branding, but on driving real business impact. You should be able to understand our users, identify what drives conversion and turn that into scalable acquisition and growth strategies.

We’re a product-led company. Your role will be key to attract the right customers, improve conversion and turn our existing demand into a scalable revenue engine. Your work will have a direct impact on growth.

The job is fully remote. As one of the leading SaaS platforms in time tracking and productivity software, we serve thousands of business clients all over the globe. The team, including the managing partners, is mostly located in Argentina, while the company is incorporated in the USA.

Responsibilities

Improving lead quality, focusing on B2B accounts and teams

Optimizing acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships)

Identifying and scaling sources that generate high-value customers

Analyzing which leads convert and why

Improving landing pages and conversion funnels

Increasing demo paid conversion rate

Designing and enhancing lifecycle flows (post-signup, post-demo)

Identifying drop-off points and improving activation

Running continuous experiments (messaging, positioning, funnels)

Working closely with Sales and Customer Success to align on revenue

Collaborating with Product by bringing insights from user behavior and acquisition

Qualifications

Required

English level : Bilingual

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS (Marketing, Growth or similar role)

5+ years of work experience

Strong understanding of funnels and conversion optimization

Work experience with organic acquisition (SEO as a growth channel)

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

Hands-on execution mindset

Preferred

Experience working on Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments

Experience improving activation and onboarding flows

Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments

Familiarity with analytics tools and product metrics
