Project Engineer - Building Automation
Job description
Our client is a leading group with their Head-office in UAE, seeking to hire a "Project Manager - Building Automation" for their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job Requirements
- Design, preparing technical submittal, SOO, BOQ, shop drawings, DDC panels layout and wiring diagram, riser diagram.
- Coordination with contractors and chasing approval from consultant
- DDC Programming and workstation graphics, testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, lighting, etc.
- Closing and Handing over the BMS system
- Reporting to projects manager
Qualifications
- Bachelors in electrical /electronics engineer or equivalent
- Min. 2 years experience in the BMS, Lighting Control, GRMS products and software skills: Schneider Structure ware/ Honeywell TREND/ Tridium
- Able to travel as per work requirement
- AutoCAD Basic knowledge
- Driving license
- Iqama transferrable
