Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

Requirements

• Valid LPN/LVN license issued by the State of New Mexico (in good standing)
• Current CPR certification
• TB test dated within the past 12 months
• 2 forms of valid government-issued ID required for onboarding
