Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with server administration, cloud computing, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, firewalls, and antivirus software.
• Familiarity with data backup solutions, disaster recovery, and system restore procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical users and provide clear instructions.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
