PROJECT MANAGER
Job description
Our client is a reputable contracting firm based in Sharjah, seeking a Project Manager Site with proven experience in G+10 commercial building projects . The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in Sharjah and demonstrate a solid track record in managing construction sites from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
•
Oversee day-to-day site operations for G+10 commercial projects
•
Manage and coordinate project timelines, subcontractors, and site staff
•
Ensure adherence to project specifications, budgets, and schedules
•
Liaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities in Sharjah
•
Monitor site safety, compliance, and quality control procedures
Requirements
•
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
•
Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction, including G+10 commercial projects
•
Minimum 2 years experience working in Sharjah
•
Strong knowledge of local regulations, Sharjah Municipality procedures, and safety standards
•
Proven leadership and site management skills
•
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
