UX Researcher

Job Summary: The UX Researcher focuses on understanding the end-users motivations and behavior through research to guide product design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethnographic studies, surveys, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Translate research findings into product improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage research documentation and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in HCI, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a UX research role.
• Strong command of mixed-method research approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
