Position: FX Sales Conversion Agent (Malay)
Location: UAE, Dubai
Employment type: Full-time $2,500 – $3,000/month + generous commission RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients
- Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Maximise client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey
- Stay up to date with financial markets, trading products, and industry developments
- Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent Malay, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry is mandatory
- Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms
- Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products
